Recipes are always one of the favorite sections of the Alabama Living magazine, whether they're in Southern Pine's own section or the regular recipe section of each issue. Another favorite in Southern Pine's service area has been the co-op's own Southern Traditions cookbook. All monies received from the sale of this cookbook have been donated to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Over the past few years, Southern Pine raised more than $19,000 from this cookbook to help in the fight against cancer.

This section features some of the recipes from Southern Traditions, as well as more recent recipes from Alabama Living magazine. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have.
