Jason and Joyce Weber of Atmore, Ala., were among 31 young couples recently sponsored to the 2007 Alabama Co-op Couples Conference, which is hosted by the Alabama Council of Cooperatives. The Hilton Beachfront Garden Inn, Orange Beach, Ala., was the setting for this 32nd annual conference.
Southern Pine Electric Cooperative sponsored the Webers to this three-day conference where participants had an opportunity to learn how their local co-ops can assist them in their daily lives.
   In addition to Southern Pine Electric Cooperative, other sponsors include Alabama Farmers Co-op, First South Farm Credit, Southern States, Farmers Telecommunications Co-op, CoBank, Dairy Farmers of American and Federal Land Bank.
