"A Cooperative Environment" is a hands-on program designed to enhance classroom education about reptile and amphibians. A husband-and-wife team of professional herpitologists from the area present the program in the classroom. They teach students about the unique physioloical differences between these animals and about their particular niche in our world. They also talk with students about the importance of our roles as good environmental stewards.
Children are afforded the opportunity to see and touch a number of different non-venomous reptiles and amphibians that are native to this area during the presentation. Adults and children alike enjoy this unique and exciting experience.
