Turnip Green Casserole

Turnip Green Casserole - January 2007 Alabama Living magazine

 

Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can Bush's Chopped Turnip Greens, or cooked fresh ones
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
½ of a 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. wet horseradish
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 slices of butter bread crumbs
1 (10 oz.) package of grated Cheddar cheese
Instructions

   In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except bread crumbs and grated Cheddar. Spoon into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover top with bread crumbs and cheese and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yield: 6 - 8 servings.
