Garden Tomato Pie

 

Ingredients

1 9-inch frozen deep-dish pie shell, baked and cooled
2 large tomatoes or enough to fill the shell
   (peeled and thickly sliced)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried basil
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon dried chives
1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill pie shell with tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, basil, chives and bacon. Mix mayonnaise and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!!
