Ingredients
Salad: 1 bunch broccoli, washed and chopped 8 slices bacon, cooked and broken into pieces 1 small red onion, chopped 1 cup raisins (or craisins or halved green grapes) Dressing: ¾ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup sugar 2 Tbsp. vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
Place salad ingredient into bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in separate bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss. May serve at room temperature or refrigerate and serve well chilled.
