Easy Chicken Parmesan - 2007 April Alabama Living magazine

 

Ingredients

1 (26 oz.) jar regular spaghetti sauce
6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, divided
6 small skinless chicken breast halves
1½ cups mozzerella cheese
Instructions

   Preheat oven to 375°. Pour sauce into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Stir Parmesan cheese, add chicken, turn over to coat both sides wit sauce. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered, top with mozzerella cheese and continue cooking until chicken is done.
