Mexican Cornbread
Ingredients
(Regena Kelly) 1 cup self-rising corn meal 1 cup cream style corn 1 cup grated cheese ½ cup bell pepper (chopped) ½ cup onion (chopped) ½ cup buttermilk 1 pod hot pepper, chopped Approximately ¼ cup cooking oil 2 eggs 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
Mix all ingredients together and bake in heavy skillet or greased casserole dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
