Ingredients

From the Prodisee Pantry Palate Pleasers cookbook published by Prodisee Pantry, Spanish Fort, Ala., pg. 7
1 cup soft butter
4 cups shredded sharp cheese
2 cups flour
2 cups finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. salt
Instructions

   Thoroughly cream butter and cheese together. Add other ingredients and mix well. Roll into long roll and refrigerate several hours. Slice into think rounds. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Yule rolls may be frozen and baked months later. Yield: 5 dozen.
